Founding Marketing Lead
Americas / Remote / Full-time
We are looking for a founding marketer to help small business owners discover GetWebsiteBuilt. You will own how we tell our story. The words, the channels, and the campaigns that bring owners to their first published site.
This role is fully remote within Americas time zones, with some travel for our annual team retreat and the occasional meetup.

- Have grown an audience or a product through content, social, or paid channels
- Write clearly and plainly: short, human, and free of jargon
- Can run a campaign end to end, from idea to copy to measurement
- Understand small business owners and speak to them with respect
- Are comfortable being scrappy and wearing many hats
- Have low ego, strong judgment, and high ownership

- Have marketed to small businesses or local service providers
- Know your way around SEO, lifecycle email, and short-form video
- Can design simple assets or partner closely with those who do
- Have built a brand voice from scratch
- Are bilingual in English and Spanish
